Requirements

• One year experience working in a preschool.
• Participate in staff and training meetings
• Commit to continuing education.
• One year school office assistant required.
• Possess deep love for children and a strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and staff.
• Reliable with strong character and values.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Ordering and taking inventory of supplies.
• Being a point of contact for staff and families.
• Preparing documents for staff meetings.
• Writing and issuing emails to families and staff.
• Maintain and update school website.
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
• Answering and directing phone calls to Leadership team.
• Email and call all inquiries to schedule tours.
• Scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Maintaining all Social Media Sites.
