Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Operate multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and provide timely responses to patients and colleagues.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and records management to ensure accurate and organized documentation.
  • Arrange and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up communications to support effective collaboration.
