Requirements

1-2 years of experience working in clerical or administrative work
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Be at least 21 years of age
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with at-risk youth
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry

Responsibilities

Managing phone calls
Preparing expense reports
Submitting billing
Overseeing daily concessions
Handling petty cash
Ordering and restocking supplies
Assisting with new student enrollments and virtual appointments
Monitoring student visits with state workers
Meeting various weekly and monthly deadlines
Ensuring all administrative procedures align with Rite of Passage's professional standards
Frequent interaction with at-risk youth
