Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient daily office operations. The Administrative Assistant works closely with team members to support workflow, maintain accurate records, and deliver timely administrative support.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and take initiative
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Assist with special projects (photocopying, scanning, mailing, etc.)
  • Answer phones and greet visitors
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
  • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned
