About The Position

This is a part-time, home-based position for an Administrative Assistant at a PR Consultancy in the US. The role involves preparing client reports, clipping press articles, creating monthly invoices, posting to Instagram, and performing ad hoc administrative tasks that require critical thinking.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Canva for invoice creation
  • Ability to post to Instagram with provided captions
  • Skills in research and critical thinking for administrative tasks

Responsibilities

  • Prepare client reports (14 per month, approximately 90 minutes each)
  • Clip press articles (PDF articles clients are mentioned in, approximately 5 minutes per clip)
  • Create monthly invoices in Canva (approximately 20 minutes per month)
  • Post to Instagram (caption client-provided photos, approximately 1-2 posts per week)
  • Perform ad hoc tasks including research and light administrative work requiring critical thinking
