About The Position

Responsible for the organization and administrative tasks in employee’s specified work group. Mainly supports internal employees as well as external customers. Support coordination of customer inquiries to ensure timely and accurate delivery of required equipment. Assist with order entry and revisions, ensuring all information is complete and up to date. Maintain and track spare parts lists to ensure accuracy for the Process Burners, Boiler Burners, Flares, Thermal Oxidizers, and the Aftermarket team. Assists Project Engineers with administrative activities involving projects and equipment when needed. Track inspection reports and identify areas for process improvement. Develop new presentations and update existing materials for the Order Execution Manager and Applications Managers. Manage and maintain group SharePoint data, ensuring accuracy and organization. Assist with global reporting and communication efforts. Create and maintain project documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project. Perform administrative tasks including shipping and receiving, meeting coordination, filing, organization, and document preparation. Generate reports as needed to support team objectives. Take ownership of and contribute to group culture and team engagement initiatives. Other duties as assigned.

  • Advanced organizational and writing skills are preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel is preferred.
