The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for receiving, tracking, and organizing all In-House tours, II/Exchanger tours, etc. This role handles customer service inquiries and complaints pertaining to In-House tours. General office duties may include creating and distributing memos, filing, and making copies. The position serves as a liaison for reservation issues and will assist the Sales Support Director with any administrative duties needed. The role may also be responsible for timekeeping and processing payroll for Independent Contractors.
