About The Position

Lakewood National Golf Club is excited to announce a career opportunity for an Administrative Assistant. We are seeking an energetic, customer service–oriented individual with excellent attention to detail for a busy office located within the beautiful Lakewood National Golf Club. This position is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The Administrative Assistant supports the Lakewood National Golf Club and HOA management staff with day-to-day operations across multiple areas of the business. As an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, you will provide one-on-one customer service while representing an organization dedicated to delivering premier service.

Requirements

  • Microsoft Office: Ability to effectively and independently use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Customer Service: Ability to manage difficult situations respectfully, maintain tact and discretion, and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and promote prompt, courteous, and friendly service to customers, guests, and fellow employees.
  • Answer incoming calls, direct them to appropriate personnel, and take and deliver messages.
  • Assist company-managed communities with various administrative tasks.
  • Perform department-specific administrative duties, including database updates and managing mailing processes.
  • Perform general office duties such as word processing, filing, and operating copy and fax machines.
  • Generate and organize reports, forms, and procedures for management, including updating newsletters and creating flyers.
  • Maintain and organize the front office area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
