About The Position

Overcome Wellness and Recovery is looking for a part time Administrative Assistant to join their team! The Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for handling reception duties and for providing clerical support to all program staff. This is a part time position with hours between 20-25 per week, Monday-Friday.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma Required
  • 1-3 years minimum experience in an administrative support and/or client/customer service role required.
  • Strong communication skills needed, including writing proficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously while focusing on day to day tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Knowledge of billing codes and procedure helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting clients, guests, and employees in a pleasant manner.
  • Answering the telephone in a pleasant manner and transferring calls as necessary, ensuring that confidentiality rules are followed when answering the telephone.
  • Ensures the reception area is clean and professional looking
  • Completes copying and other related tasks for program staff.
  • Enters Supervised Drug Screenings and scans other documents into EMR as needed.
  • Maintains daily attendance and ensures all clients sign in to the program, and completes weekly attendance reports for the billing department.
  • Provides back up coverage to other administrative and support staff as assigned.
  • Prepares and edits a variety of documents, correspondence & client communication, presentations.
