About The Position

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for administering correspondence by managing incoming calls and walk-ins. This role requires discretion, excellent judgment, tact, and confidentiality. Key duties include managing inventory levels of office products and materials to ensure adequate stock, maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and providing high-level customer and vendor-focused support. The assistant will also take on miscellaneous projects from every department as needed. This position offers an opportunity to work in an environment where organizational skills and attention to detail will be valued, contributing to the smooth functioning of office operations.

Requirements

  • Must be discrete, have excellent judgment, tact, and confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
  • Equipped with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working in an office setting
  • Able to start promptly
