This role is responsible for a range of administrative activities that require knowledge of departmental processes and procedures, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail as the incumbent will routinely handle confidential, sensitive, and legally privileged information. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules and meetings, preparing and maintaining administrative documents, supporting routine reporting and data tracking, and responding to general inquiries. The Administrative Assistant helps ensure efficient day-to-day operations by managing workflow, prioritizing tasks, and supporting team needs in a timely and professional manner.
