About The Position

Beach Front Property Management is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our Affordable Housing team and Regional Property Supervisor in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This role is ideal for an organized, customer-focused professional looking to grow their career in property management. Requirements

  • Previous administrative or office experience required.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Reliable transportation for occasional local travel.

Nice To Haves

  • Property management or affordable housing experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Regional Property Supervisor and property management team.
  • Assist with daily operations across an affordable housing portfolio.
  • Process invoices and bills.
  • Prepare and make bank deposits.
  • Answer and screen calls from residents, vendors, and property staff.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain organized records.
  • Support leasing activities and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with community partners, including PATH and other housing service providers.
  • Maintain confidential information with professionalism.
  • Serve as a backup receptionist when needed.
  • Assist with additional administrative projects as assigned.
