Requirements

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Comfortable with administrative tasks, data entry, and simple tracking
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to support on-site tasks such as tastings and office operations
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn

Nice To Haves

  • Prior administrative or office support experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide general office administrative support, including scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups
  • Organize and maintain documentation, including invoices, contracts, and internal records
  • Support internal processes such as approvals, forms, and basic payment request submissions
  • Prepare and support product tastings, including setup, material preparation, and clean-up
  • Coordinate tasting schedules and ensure products, samples, and materials are ready on time
  • Assist with inventory tracking of tasting samples and office samples
  • Support marketing during tastings, internal meetings, or office events as needed
  • Assist with meeting coordination.
  • Support data entry, tracking, and simple spreadsheet updates
  • Provide hands-on support for day-to-day operational and administrative needs
  • Assist with ad hoc office and team support tasks as assigned
