About The Position

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the team in their efforts to properly execute the activities of the Company while maintaining a professional, orderly, and efficient office environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in similar role
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, Office 365, and SharePoint Online
  • Experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning accounting system like Microsoft Dynamics SL and an HR/Payroll software like ADP Workforce Now
  • Work requires professional written and verbal communication and people skills

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones, sort mail, handle office packages
  • Customer Service
  • Vendor Communication
  • Record Purchase Orders and receipt of goods and match to vendor invoices
  • Vendor invoice coding
  • Maintaining drilling permits
  • Maintaining all customer files (set up and maintaining tax information)
  • Tracking pipe inventory and drilling product/materials
  • Billing of all projects
  • Ability to work with other Hydro Resources locations regarding projects
  • Maintains strict confidentiality of all privileged information
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
