About The Position

Gibraltar Building Products is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a temporary conversion role. This position provides general administrative support to the office team, assists with drafting and responding to emails, and prepares documentation. The role involves working with Microsoft Office programs, data entry, reporting, and organizing information. The Administrative Assistant will also support day-to-day office operations, maintain organized files, and perform other responsibilities as deemed necessary by Leadership.

Requirements

  • 1 year or more of administrative experience
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to communicate professionally verbally and in written communications
  • Strong team, multitasking and organization skills
  • Reliable and detail orientated with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the office team
  • Draft and respond to emails and assist with documentation preparation
  • Work with Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Assist with data entry, reporting and organizing information
  • Support day-to-day office operations and team needs
  • Maintain organized files and documentation
  • Any other responsibilities deemed necessary by Leadership
