About The Position

Architectural Mailboxes is the nation's leading supplier of single-unit curbside mailboxes and a proud member of Gibraltar Industries, Inc. We specialize in manufacturing single-unit, curbside mailboxes at our facility in Taylorsville, Mississippi. We have a dedicated team with an average tenure of 15 years of service making this a very knowledgeable and successful organization to be a part of. We are now hiring Production Associates to work on assembly lines that build mailboxes.

Requirements

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Must be on time and present for scheduled shifts
• Ability to follow direction and be on your feet for a 10 hour shift
• Must be able and willing to push, pull and lift 50 pounds
• All employees must undergo a background check and drug screen if offered a position
• Employment offers are contingent upon the successful passing of a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools to put together mailbox parts
• Keep pace with other employees on the assembly line
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Learn and maintain general knowledge of production processes
• Willingness to cross train and work any area of production
• Complete all work according to quality specifications
• Identify and report any quality issues
• Meet daily, time-related production goals
