The Administrative Assistant will assist with the clerical needs of executive leadership, including technology setup and assistance, answering phones, coordinating meeting room logistics, and serving as a resource for leaders and physicians. This position provides administrative support and coordination of activities for specific teams of people. Responsibilities may include answering telephones, taking messages, and answering routine questions.
