The ideal candidate for the Administrative Assistant role will have strong administrative skills with a strong work ethic, superior multi-tasking abilities, ‘can-do’ attitude and great organizational skills.

Requirements

  • 1 year previous administrative experience in an office environment
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft Dynamics experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist and cover for all administrative staff, as needed
  • Work with Marketing Department, as needed
  • Input and update opportunity and project information in Dynamics
  • Receptionist duties such as greeting visitors, answering phone, relaying messages
  • Assist Office Manager, as needed
  • Special projects, as needed
