We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to backup C-Suite Executive Assistants in Parsons Global Headquarters. You will provide support that contributes to the effective and efficient operation of the executive leadership team. The chosen candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and will have various office responsibilities to help us manage our business in a manner that complies with our world class standards. This role will be based out of our Chantilly, Virginia office and will enjoy a hybrid work arrangement. Requirements

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in MS Office including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner

Responsibilities

  • Help with executive travel arrangements, domestic and international
  • Processes expense report and invoices
  • Assist with coordination of meetings and events including vendors, check requests, etc.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies
  • Welcome and assist guests visiting the office
  • Ad hoc assignment as needed; may be responsible for project coordination for small projects
  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
