About The Position

As a Administrative Assistant for PCL Construction Management Inc. in Regina, Saskatchewan, you'll have the opportunity to support the success of the team by delivering high-level administrative support, managing key operations, and ensuring seamless coordinations to keep all projects and teams running smoothly.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to change
  • Ability to act with discretion when handling confidential information
  • Ability to effectively handle difficult situations and remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
  • Intermediate skills in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe, and OneNote

Nice To Haves

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree, diploma or certificate in an office administration program is considered an asset
  • 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant is preffered

Responsibilities

  • Supports daily operations by providing administrative assistance to the department or team
  • Develops and maintains strong, customer-focused relationships with key stakeholders
  • Manages document control, filing systems, and compliance requirements to ensure accuracy and accessibility
  • Coordinates email communications and calendar management on behalf of team members
  • Organizes meetings and events, including scheduling and logistical coordination
  • Arranges travel accommodations and prepares detailed itineraries as required
  • Provides guidance and mentorship to junior administrative staff, as needed
  • Delivers high-level administrative support to executives and senior team members
  • Assists with basic marketing initiatives and maintains website content updates
