Under direct supervision, this position provides administrative support for a direct manager and department. Key responsibilities include scheduling and organizing meetings and activities, arranging travel and lodging, purchasing and inventory of office and kitchen supplies, collecting and distributing mail, completing and submitting expense reports, answering phone calls, developing presentation materials, approving and submitting invoices for payment, creating and distributing location-specific reports, and performing data entry into company and external systems. Other administrative duties may be assigned.
