About The Position

Branch is searching for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. Branch offers a dynamic range of services, including heavy civil construction, design-build, and site development. This person will support the day-to-day operations of our office.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED minimum.
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, for data entry and preparation of spreadsheets.
  • Attention to detail and with strong organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • 2-year associates degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the office location in which assigned, including reception, answering phones, and ordering supplies for office and field employees.
  • Act as liaison between field employees and corporate office support services.
  • Assist with the hiring process and subsequent onboarding of new employees as needed.
  • Participate in the planning and coordination of company events.
  • Assist, when requested, in securing hotel reservations for team members having to travel.
  • Process material delivery tickets.
  • Scan and file documents as needed.
  • Maintain employee certification lists, training lists, per diem lists, and other lists as determined by the Operational Team’s needs.
  • Ability to accomplish tasks with minimum supervision.
