About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two years of administrative support experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Ability to work independently while supporting multiple priorities

  • Ability to perform light physical work, including lifting up to 20 pounds occasionally

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, memos, and other business documents
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Attend meetings and record meeting minutes as needed
  • Process administrative paperwork including timesheets, invoices, expense reports, and employment requisitions
  • Review and process department documents such as purchase requests, work orders, and activity reports
  • Manage petty cash, reconcile balances, and maintain company checking account records
  • Order office supplies and coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and records for efficient retrieval
  • Serve as a point of contact for vendors, staff, and other business partners
  • Assist with special projects, data collection, and report preparation
  • Maintain company databases, including census and tracking systems
  • Track company-issued equipment such as computers, cell phones, and other devices
  • Support recordkeeping to ensure compliance with company, state, and federal requirements
  • Assist with Human Resources administrative tasks as needed
  • Provide backup support to other administrative staff and perform Associate Administrative Assistant duties when required
