Provides a broad range of administrative, operational, and office support services for the Impact Finance Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and the broader CAO organization, as well as the Director of Shared Services. This role supports executive operations, employee experience, and day‑to‑day business continuity across Impact Finance, serving as a key point of coordination for leaders, team members, enterprise partners, and visitors. Responsibilities include administrative support for senior leaders, coordination of meetings and events, management of communications and documentation, and operational support related to facilities, logistics, and employee needs. This role will also provide front desk and reception coverage as needed, serving as a first point of contact for visitors and employees in the St. Louis office location. The Administrative Assistant plays an important role in ensuring a professional, organized, and efficient environment that enables Impact Finance leaders and teams to focus on strategic priorities.
