• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote/home setting

• Proficiency in written communication and basic office platforms

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding, track progress to ensure deadlines are met
• Provide administrative support, including correspondence and file management
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
• Assist employees, candidates, and clients with inquiries
• Host video interviews and join team calls
• Support HR and administrative teams with additional tasks as needed
