About The Position

This is a temporary 3-month assignment for an Administrative Assistant. The role involves performing general clerical duties, preparing correspondence, updating worksheets, and entering data into company systems. The position may also involve special projects assigned by management and the categorization of medical documents. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to establish priorities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing and making telephone calls.
  • Prepare correspondence for mailing.
  • Prepare or update worksheets.
  • Entry of data into company systems.
  • May undertake special projects assigned by manager or supervisor.
  • Separating, Identifying & categorizing different types of medical documents.
  • Other duties as assigned.
