About The Position

This is a temporary 3-month assignment for an Administrative Assistant. The role involves performing general clerical duties, preparing correspondence, updating worksheets, data entry, and potentially undertaking special projects. A key responsibility includes separating, identifying, and categorizing different types of medical documents. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to establish priorities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing and making telephone calls.
  • Prepare correspondence for mailing.
  • Prepare or update worksheets.
  • Entry of data into company systems.
  • May undertake special projects assigned by manager or supervisor.
  • Separating, Identifying & categorizing different types of medical documents.
  • Other duties as assigned.
