About The Position

As a Administrative Assistant at LJA North Texas Operations you will support daily office operations by providing administrative, coordination, and receptionist support. This role works closely with the Office Manager and internal teams to ensure efficient office functionality, accurate documentation, and a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required (Associate degree or higher preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain a consistent work schedule and follow office procedures.
  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience.
  • Strong proofreading and editing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting accounting functions such as Accounts Payable and credit card reconciliation.
  • Experience coordinating office operations, events, or onboarding processes.
  • Basic troubleshooting experience with office technology (printers, conference room equipment, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Supporting front office operations by greeting visitors, answering and directing calls, and assisting with scheduling meetings, travel, and events.
  • Preparing, editing, and organizing business documents including letters, reports, transmittals, and correspondence prior to client submission.
  • Assisting with office operations such as ordering supplies, coordinating office events, troubleshooting conference room technology, and supporting onboarding and administrative needs across departments.
