The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing general administrative assistance to Riverside consumers and clinic staff. This includes opening and closing the office, answering phones and making appointment reminder calls, greeting consumers, collecting co-payments, and entering billing and other data into the electronic health record. General administrative duties include managing medical records, medical billing data, filing, copying, scanning, and managing supplies. The ideal candidate is a friendly, respectful, well-organized, reliable individual with good computer, problem-solving, and communication skills who is comfortable with multi-tasking and working independently.
