Aspire Health Alliance has been designated as a Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC), which is part of a new state initiative designed to provide accessible and equitable mental health care to children, families, and adults! We are looking for passionate Outpatient Clinicians with experience working with adults and youth. The CBH Clinician provides comprehensive and integrated client-centered care using evidence-based practices that are delivered by both in-person and telehealth modalities. This clinician collaborates with key partners involved in the client’s care including other Aspire CBHC team members, behavioral health professionals, medical staff, and social services. In addition, the Clinician works to develop innovative approaches to behavioral health by engaging clients, families, and providers in care planning and coordination; decreasing fragmentation of the care for the client; creating a model for increasing access to services; and ensuring care is provided in the best and least acute setting for the clients.

Requirements

  • Master’s in Social Work, counseling, or a closely related field
  • Clinical License preferred
  • Therapy skills
  • Family therapy skills
  • Case management skills
  • Computer skills for documentation
  • Experience in providing telehealth services to clients
  • Expertise in assessing client risk and need for a balance of in-person and telehealth services

Responsibilities

  • Provides comprehensive and integrated client-centered care using evidence-based practices.
