About The Position

As our Administrative Assistant, you'll provide essential operational support to all divisions. You will manage mailroom operations including outgoing correspondence, coordinate office supply inventory, and serve as backup receptionist support. You will coordinate departmental meetings and office functions, handle monthly invoice processing through iProcurement, and maintain all office equipment including printers and copy machines. Your administrative expertise will support multiple departments with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and our agency management system. You will interact professionally with high-level clientele and internal teams while managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced office environment.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship management skills
  • Solution-oriented with ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to handle manual tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds and extended periods of sitting at a desk
  • Versatility, creativity, and resourcefulness in completing administrative and support functions

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of previous administrative level experience preferred
  • Proficiency with agency management systems
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry
