About The Position

The Administrative Assistant will provide overall administrative support as directed. This role involves managing data files, scanning documents, creating folders, and filing. Responsibilities include managing and/or assisting with invoicing, billing, and mailing activities, as well as data entry. The position requires interfacing with other internal departments to resolve retail business issues and assisting the assigned team and management with various duties. Phone support for the team and location will also be provided. The role requires adherence to all company policies and procedures, including safety. Duties may vary by location.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year’s office and/or clerical experience.
  • General computer competency is required.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work overtime with little notice.
  • Ability to work weekends hours may occasionally be required.

Responsibilities
