Provides administrative support to program staff under the supervision of program management. Assists with tasks to ensure the program runs efficiently. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience and knowledge with Microsoft Office Products
  • One year of experience with administrative tasks preferred

Nice To Haves

  • College, business or secretarial school training preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative services to support the operations and objectives of the program
  • Assists with projects delegated by the Program Director and Management team
  • Collects and distributes information for reporting purposes
  • Maintains confidentiality requirements
  • Assist with outreach and follow up through phone calls and written correspondence
  • Updates program activities and schedules as needed
  • Organizes meetings, prepares agendas, records minutes and shares key communications with the broader program team
  • Participates in staff meetings, community meetings, and other staff and program group activities that support the operation of an effective program.
  • Identify and implement quality improvement trainings and activities as part of professional development goals
  • Complete QI Training during onboarding and participate in QI refresher training as needed.
