Team setting at beautiful hospice house located in Lincoln, MA, bordering Waltham (Part Time) 15 hours Sunday 9:00 am to 4:30 pm and Monday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Join our compassionate and dedicated team at the Care Dimensions Hospice House, a serene and supportive environment where patients and families find comfort during life's most important moments. Nestled in a peaceful setting, our hospice house is more than just a place of care – it’s a space for dignity, respect, and peace. We are seeking an organized, proactive, and empathetic Administrative Assistant to support our clinical team in delivering exceptional care. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring the smooth daily operations of our hospice house, performing a broad range of administrative activities including administrative support, assisting with staffing, scheduling, file management, and other related responsibilities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum three years progressively responsible experience as a medical secretary or related position in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a health care setting.
  • Demonstrated skill in managing communications and coordinating activities in a multidisciplinary setting.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook and healthcare specific systems and databases required.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and maturity.
