The Administrative Assistant supports the Sales Operations team by ensuring efficient coordination of patient communications, physician reporting, CRM accuracy, and internal administrative processes. This role contributes to operational effectiveness, sales support, and patient engagement by maintaining organized systems, facilitating communication with healthcare partners, and assisting with lead generation and reporting activities that support ROMTech’s Clinician guided at-home rehab model.
