About The Position

Roncalli High School on the southside of Indianapolis is hiring an Administrative Assistant to assist with administrative needs in the main office and assistance to the principal and other administration as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet students and guests, answering phones, and monitoring access to the building for anyone visiting campus
• Assist the main office with administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies, preparing monthly birthday post cards, and maintaining the postage machine
• In charge of calculating academic points for students for the end of the year awards banquet
• Cross train as backup to the attendance officer position
• Reconcile the "R" card for the principal each month
• Print exam cards for students
• Orders coke machine supplies for the wellness center
• Tracks years of service for faculty, staff and head coaches and orders respective gifts at the end of each year
• Assists the principal and administration with a variety of needs on a daily basis
