Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks to support the team's operations.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism.
  • Prepare and organise documents and reports as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment is welcoming and functional.
  • Support the finance department with invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks.
