About The Position

At Shamrock Roofing & Construction, we’re growing fast and looking for a motivated, organized, and tech-comfortable individual to join our team as a Client Onboarding & CRM Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone beginning their career in operations, customer support, administration, or technology who wants hands-on experience working with CRM systems, client onboarding, and internal operations. In this role, you’ll help support the rollout and day-to-day use of Trussi.ai, our proprietary roofing CRM platform. You’ll work closely with team members across operations, client support, and technology to help ensure clients and internal users have a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing support. We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, dependable, and excited to grow with a fast-paced company.

Requirements

  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Comfortable learning and using new software and digital tools
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

Nice To Haves

  • Previous internship, office, customer service, or administrative experience
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or AccuLynx
  • Interest in operations, technology, customer success, or project coordination
  • Experience in roofing, construction, or home services is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist with onboarding new clients and internal teams into the Trussi.ai platform
  • Help set up user accounts, permissions, and basic CRM configurations
  • Collect and organize onboarding information including company details and team information
  • Communicate with clients and internal team members throughout the onboarding process
  • Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate records
  • Provide basic support to users navigating the CRM platform
  • Help maintain accurate CRM records and identify missing or duplicate information
  • Assist with updating onboarding guides, training materials, and internal documentation
  • Support testing and feedback efforts for new platform features and updates
  • Schedule onboarding meetings, follow-ups, and internal tasks
  • Organize digital files and onboarding documentation
  • Assist with reporting and tracking onboarding activity and completion metrics
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks for the operations team
