About The Position

The Administrative Assistant helps to maintain property operations and to attract and serve guests and residents. This role involves greeting guests professionally and friendly, maintaining open communication with property and regional staff, and working closely with management to develop an integral team that effectively represents the company's quality and professionalism. The position also includes processing accounts payable, assisting with procurement card reconciliations, organizing and maintaining files, ordering office supplies, researching and implementing company-sponsored activities, handling telephone inquiries to back up property staff, running errands, and performing other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, or the equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year of office experience.
  • Strong communications and organizational skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with computers, preferably Microsoft Word, Excel and/or automated accounting systems.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Run errands, including delivering various communications to guests or residents, as needed.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
