UFIT is hiring an Administrative Assistant who will work directly with the CEO , manage coach payroll , maintain CRM systems (HubSpot) , support HR (BambooHR) , and help execute proposals and RFPs that drive company growth. What You’ll Be Doing Work directly with the CEO to execute daily priorities Process weekly coach payroll (accuracy is critical) Manage Slack, Assembly, coach schedules, coverage, and workforce coordination Maintain HubSpot CRM (track leads, follow-ups, deals) Manage Google Workspace, BambooHR (onboarding, compliance tracking) Write and submit proposals + RFPs (schools, districts, partners) Build and manage trackers, reports, and systems Communicate with coaches, schools, and leadership This Role is KPI-Driven You are measured on results, not time sitting at a desk: ✅ Payroll submitted on time, error-free (100%) ✅ CRM kept clean and active ( no dead leads ) ✅ Tasks completed on time, every time ✅ Proposals submitted accurately + on deadline ✅ Fast communication and follow-through What We’re Looking For Experience with HubSpot CRM (required) Experience with BambooHR or HR systems (required) Experience with payroll, scheduling, or workforce coordination Strong writing skills (proposals, emails, reports) Highly organized and detail-oriented Able to work fast, think ahead, and solve problems without being told Comfortable working directly with leadership Bonus Points If You Have Experience working with schools or youth programs Experience with RFPs, proposals, or contracts Operations or executive assistant background Compensation & Growth $24–$30/hour (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses tied to KPIs Direct path to: Operations Manager Leadership roles Why UFIT We work with schools to provide sports, PE, and student development programs that improve attendance, engagement, and school culture.
