About The Position

As an Administrative Assistant, you are an organized, dependable, flexible, and proactive professional responsible for supporting multiple VPs in the Product organization. You will handle a wide range of internal, day-to-day administrative responsibilities, requiring strong coordination, prioritization, and communication skills. Using your multitasking capabilities, you will effectively help to manage the executives' time and schedules to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations for the broader team. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the VP, Product Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of administrative assistant experience supporting leadership or multiple team members
  • Experience with standard business software (Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks for multiple VPs in the Product organization, including calendar management, preparing meeting materials, and arranging domestic and international travel
  • Coordinate logistics and food orders for internal and external meetings, assisting with agendas and follow-up items
  • Assist with submitting and tracking business and travel expenses
  • Build cross-functional relationships to execute tasks efficiently and support the department's goals
  • Act as back-up to other Administrative and Executive Assistants in the organization as needed
  • Perform other administrative-related functions as assigned
