Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years of office experience (open to recent graduates with an office internship as well)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Basic Excel and general Microsoft Office skills

Responsibilities

  • Handle sensitive and confidential matters, including employee relations, organizational changes, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Diligently work towards the completion of special projects, requests, and assignments.
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation, including preparing offer letters and managing the onboarding process.
  • Greet and assist visitors and customers, and manage key card requests for employees and vendors.
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and track deadlines in a busy environment.
  • Oversee maintenance of office facilities by coordinating repairs and managing relationships with service providers.
  • Prepare requests and compile necessary information in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Ensure employee files are maintained according to company policies and regulations.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement events.
  • Troubleshoot problems and follow through to resolution.
  • Perform other duties as needed and adhere to company policies.
