The Administrative Assistant position provides administrative support to Bank Officers, assisting with responses to client requests, scheduling appointments, coordinating resources, and gathering loan documentation and related reports as needed. Assignments will depend on the local region and the individual needs of officers, who require varying degrees of assistance depending on specialty (commercial loans, executives, management duties) and technical knowledge. The incumbent will perform duties in various areas including responding to inquiries, coordinating responses, advising officers on client requests, scheduling events, preparing reports, reserving resources, interacting with clients and vendors, examining documents for completeness, preparing and submitting loan packages, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
