About The Position

Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure cost-effective operations, efficient communication, and effective program management. Oversee hiring, credentialing, and filing processes to meet regulatory standards. Work independently on problem-solving and assist with special projects.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
  • One (1) year of administrative experience required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook required.
  • Strong Excel skills are critical to success in the position.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change, manage and be flexible with work priorities, and pay attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a clinical or health care setting is preferred.
  • Experience in data entry and project management is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provides comprehensive administrative support to leadership and cross‑functional teams, ensuring efficient coordination of daily operational activities.
  • Assists in project coordination by tracking detailed information, compiling complex reports, and preparing thorough status updates for internal stakeholders.
  • Creates, edits, and formats reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and standardized forms; communicates proactively with internal teams to facilitate seamless workflow execution.
  • Organizes and maintains digital filing systems and performs accurate data entry, analysis, and record management in alignment with departmental standards.
  • Prioritizes and manages multiple work assignments, adapting to changing needs and requirements in a dynamic environment.
  • Initiates timely follow‑up on pending matters; responds to information requests and general inquiries or directs individuals to the appropriate internal resource as needed.
