This role provides administrative support to the dealership management team, including handling correspondence, scheduling, and filing. The Administrative Assistant will prepare and maintain documents, reports, and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. This position will oversee dealership expense tracking, including travel and supplies. Support event planning, meetings, and team functions by organizing materials, booking venues, and managing logistics. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support dealership operations. Assist new team members with the dealership onboarding processes, including completing their I9 Section 2, system access and training, and training course enrollment.

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Google Sheets) and general office software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional and friendly customer-service skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records, files, reports, and dealership documentation.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when entering data and processing paperwork.
  • Ability to handle confidential customer, employee, and financial information appropriately.
  • Comfortable answering phones, greeting customers, responding to emails, and directing inquiries.
  • Ability to work effectively with sales, service, parts, finance, and management departments.
  • Reliable attendance, professional appearance, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver's license may be required, depending on dealership responsibilities.
