About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus
  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Maintain and update company databases and records
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, including arranging travel and accommodations
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new employees
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed
