Requirements

  • Ensures the office runs smoothly working collaboratively and maintaining an upbeat, positive attitude and other administrative activities that support the function of the office as assigned by the Program Director.
  • Connect with MIS for needed support from staff.
  • Coordinates the day-to-day operations of the behavioral health services.
  • Assists with scheduling to ensure optimal staffing during facility operation hours.
  • Assists with the scheduling of cases, meeting and conferences and the assignment of rooms for health care providers.
  • Assists and ensure the pre-admission documentation for all new clinical referrals are completed with accuracy.
  • Maintains all charts, files, and administrative records.
  • Provides necessary reports, records, and statistics as by the program.
  • Orders and maintains all office supplies, forms, and equipment.
  • Maintains the mail delivery system.
  • Maintains that the facility stays in compliance with all Federal and State regulatory agencies regulations and guidelines as well as maintain all organization policy and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite.
  • Ability to work within Yardi.
  • Ability to work with Convercent Incident system.
  • Ability to work with Check requests and Authentisign.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish), preferred.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
