At Calvary Chapel, we are called to make disciples of Jesus Christ by connecting people to God, people to people, and people to outreach. Our vision is to reach our community and change our world. As a staff member, it’s not just what we do, it's who we are. This role requires a passion for managing all aspects of administration, special projects, and secretarial duties, with a specific passion to fulfill the mission of the church to make disciples. The ideal candidate is convinced that a relationship with Jesus can change everything, committed to keeping their family as their first ministry, dedicated in their personal study of God’s Word, and consistently places a high priority on worship and their personal prayer life. They are an excellent and generous steward of their personal finances, obedient to God to take a Sabbath and make space for soul-keeping, and deeply compassionate towards people in need or hurting. Excited about global missions and local outreach, they want to have an impact in our world. They are part of a healthy friendship community and accountability circle, willing to give up personal pleasures and freedoms to live a life above reproach and aligned with the Leadership Covenant. Intentional about pursuing a humble attitude and being teachable, they are enthusiastic, flexible, reliable, dependable, truthful, honest, and trustworthy. Spiritually mature, they seek after wisdom and possess the spiritual gifts of administration, leadership, and service. They are a problem solver, a critical thinker, creative, and not afraid to think outside of the box.
