As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Administrator and the broader team. You will be the first point of contact for many residents, families, and guests, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, warmth, and respect. Your responsibilities will include managing office processes, coordinating communications, and supporting financial and reporting functions. You will also assist with resident inquiries, tours for prospective residents, and general office coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Through your attention to detail and strong organizational skills, you help maintain accurate records and ensure administrative processes run efficiently. Your ability to build positive relationships contributes to a supportive and inclusive community where residents feel valued and respected.
