About The Position

Make a difference. As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative functions to support a Director or Senior Manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year administrative experience required
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite and related applications
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Multitasking skills
  • Mathematical skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to handle confidential information

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years experience supporting managers preferred
  • Some college or business/secretarial schooling
  • Shorthand and Dictaphone skills if required by Director or senior manager

Responsibilities

  • Maintain flow of correspondence and communications
  • Gather research data for projects
  • Set up and maintain files, records, and correspondence
  • Receive visitors, and schedule appointments
  • Transcribe dictation
  • Assist in budget preparation
